天海科技廣場位于北京市朝陽區(qū)天盈北路9號，五方橋東南角，是北京下一個創(chuàng)意園區(qū)聚集地“黃廠路”的代表項目，前身是北京天海工業(yè)園，由北京民通基業(yè)策劃改造運營，民通基業(yè)是北京早的文化園區(qū)改造先驅(qū)企業(yè)，在北京有多個成熟園區(qū)項目。天海科技廣場總建筑面積58000平方，園區(qū)綠化率達(dá)到60%，基本都是以獨棟辦公為主，從300㎡-20000㎡企業(yè)辦公獨棟為主，是追求獨立、多氧，創(chuàng)意辦公空間企業(yè)的選擇，園區(qū)24小保安巡邏，公共區(qū)域360度無死角的安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，保證入駐企業(yè)安全放心辦公使用。

Tianhai Technology Plaza is located at No. 9 Tianying North Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, at the southeast corner of Wufang Bridge. It is a representative project of the next creative park gathering place in Beijing, "Huangchang Road". Its predecessor was Beijing Tianhai Industrial Park, planned and operated by Beijing Mintong Jiye.
