區(具)食品藥品監管分局零理申運資料后，應自要理之日起30個(gè)工作日內完成資料審查和現場(chǎng)審查，并作出是否核發(fā)《醫療器械經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)許可證》的決定

認為符合要求的，應當作出準予核發(fā)《醫療器計經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)許可證》的決定，并在作出決定之日起10個(gè)工作日內向申請人領(lǐng)發(fā)《醫療器材經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)許可證》。認

為不符合要求的，應當書(shū)面追知申請人，并說(shuō)明理由，告知申請人享有依法申海行政急議或者提擔行政訴訟的權利，

2、申請經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍為“各類(lèi)醫療品械”企業(yè)，由市合品藥品監部管理局會(huì )同企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)所在地區是食品藥品監管分局審批，日常監管由該分局負責。

3、企業(yè)分立、合并或者蹄原管轄地遷移，應當按照規定重新申請《醫療器材經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)許可證》。
