2.經(jīng)營(yíng)類(lèi)代號為三類(lèi)-6815注射穿刺器械、三類(lèi)-6845體外循環(huán)及液處理設備、三類(lèi)-6864醫用衛生材料及敷料、三類(lèi)-6865醫用縫合材料及粘合劑、三類(lèi)-6866醫用高分子材料及制品的,經(jīng)營(yíng)場(chǎng)所使用面積不得少于60平方米，庫房使用面積不得少于80平方米。
3.從事類(lèi)代號為三類(lèi)-6822醫用光學(xué)器具、儀器及內窺鏡設備(jinxian軟性角膜接觸鏡)類(lèi)零售業(yè)務(wù)的，應設有獨立的柜臺;其中提供驗配服務(wù)的，經(jīng)營(yíng)場(chǎng)所使用面積不得少于30平方米，驗光室(區)應具備暗室條件或滿(mǎn)足無(wú)直射照明的條件。
