一、什么是醫療器械？

二、醫療器械分幾類(lèi)？

一共三類(lèi)：

經(jīng)營(yíng)第一類(lèi)醫療器械不需許可和備案，執照上面加上銷(xiāo)售醫療器械一類(lèi)就可以正常銷(xiāo)售；

經(jīng)營(yíng)第二類(lèi)醫療器械需要辦理備案；

經(jīng)營(yíng)第三類(lèi)醫療器械需要辦理經(jīng)營(yíng)許可證。

三、辦公室和庫房需要多大面積？

根據最新法規要求：
